NUVELLIS Ca-Zn calcium-zinc stabilizer is a core product developed by Nuvellis Chemtech for rigid PVC extrusion and injection molding applications. Available in two forms—NC Powder ultra-fine powder and MicroGranule low-dust micro-granules—it integrates seamlessly with conventional plastic pipe extruders and pipe-fitting injection molding machines. With outstanding thermal stabilization efficiency, low dosage requirements and excellent processing performance, NUVELLIS Ca-Zn stabilizers help customers effectively replace organotin stabilizers and outperform conventional Ca-Zn and lead-based systems.
