At Nuvellis ChemTech, an affiliated company of JURRY Extrusion, we formulate our stabilizer based on not only lab theory, but also true production experience.
Years of working directly with extrusion lines, solving on-site challenges, and observing how formulations behave under real processing conditions have shaped the way we formulate stabilizers. This hands-on foundation gives us an authentic understanding of how temperature, torque, shear, and formulation interact in real production.
R&D & Testing Laboratory
Our in‑house laboratory is the core of formulation innovation for Nuvellis ChemTech. Equipped with complete physical‑chemical analysis instruments, material performance testers and polymer processing simulation equipment, we carry out stabilizer formula screening, compatibility test, thermal stability evaluation and finished‑pipe performance verification.
Every stabilizer recipe is validated from lab trials to sample testing. We simulate real extrusion processing conditions to evaluate thermal aging, mechanical property and processing adaptability, ensuring formulas work reliably on your production lines.
Pilot-Test Workshop
Lab data alone cannot guarantee real-world performance. Our pilot-test workshop bridges laboratory formula and mass production.
We simulate actual extrusion production environment, testing stabilizer formulations under real torque, shear and temperature conditions. We verify processing behavior, surface quality and long-term performance before formal mass-production, minimizing risk for your projects.
Automated Production Facility
Automated Stabilizer Manufacturing Base
From formula development to finished stabilizer output, all production procedures are completed in our own automated plant.
Closed‑loop automatic batching, high‑speed mixing and full‑process monitoring reduce human error, guarantee consistent batch‑to‑batch quality for PVC stabilizer products. Flexible production capacity supports both small‑batch custom formulation and large‑volume bulk orders.
