NUVELLIS Calcium-Zinc Stabilizer for Fittings is a high-performance Ca-Zn stabilizer system developed by Nuvellis Chemtech specifically for rigid PVC injection molding applications, including PVC pipe fittings, valves, connectors and other injection-molded components.
Available in two convenient forms—NC Powder ultra-fine powder and MicroGranule low-dust micro-granules—the stabilizer is designed for efficient incorporation into conventional PVC dry blends and is fully compatible with standard fitting injection molding machines.
NUVELLIS Ca-Zn stabilizers provide excellent thermal stability, efficient lubrication and balanced processing performance, helping manufacturers achieve smooth plasticization, stable melt viscosity, consistent cycle times and excellent surface quality.
